Job description

The Business Intake Specialist will assist the business customer service team and sales team to ensure that new business sales orders are accurately input into the system.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Maintain productive relationships with business sales representatives

  • Monitor and handle intake sales email queue

  • Oversee andmaintainthe sales database foraccurateorder submissions

  • Create accounts and generate service orders

Additional Duties:

  • Collaborate daily with team members to handle day-to-day duties

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Business Degree or equivalent work experience
