Intake Specialist/Sales Person - Lemon Law Firm (REMOTE) Position Overview We are a Los Angeles-based lemon law firm seeking an award-winning telemarketing/sales superstar! The ideal candidate have experience in a client-facing role with a proven background in closing leads over the phone.

The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the initial stages of business development for our firm. You will be a key part of client interaction for lemon law cases, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage inquiries and gather data effectively.

This is a fully remote position where phone communication with potential clients is the main priority. Expect to spend most of your day on the phone at this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client intake calls, gathering necessary information and scheduling consultations with attorneys
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries and intake processes.
  • Collect and verify client information through various channels.
  • Assist clients in navigating the intake process by providing clear instructions and support.
