The Business Intake Specialist will assist the business customer service team and sales team to ensure that new business sales orders are accurately input into the system.

• Maintain productive relationships with business sales representatives
• Monitor and handle intake sales email queue
• Oversee and maintain the sales database for accurate order submissions
• Create accounts and generate service orders

• Collaborate daily with team members to handle day-to-day duties

• Business Degree or equivalent work experience

• To be an effective Business Intake Specialist, an individual must be:

• Proficient with numbers
• Capable of providing quality partnership to a large sales team
• Attention to detail

• Strong communication and IT fluency
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High degree of organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Sound judgment, maturity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a high degree of diplomacy, collaboration, and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse internal customers
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in keyboarding, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• High energy and flexibility to manage diverse responsibilities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to operate a computer
• Work in office full time or hybrid
