About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, autonomous Intake Coordinator to join our Documentation Department. In this role, you’ll handle client onboarding, navigate complex insurance requirements, and ensure accurate documentation from start to finish.

Because we operate in a fast-paced setting, you’ll thrive here if you are a self-starter who takes initiative, manages time well without micromanagement, and stays cool under pressure.

What You’ll Do

  • Coding & Terminology: Familiarity with standard medical terminology, ICD10 codes, and HCPCS codes.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with Brightree/MyForm and proficient in Excel.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organization, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves / Pluses:
  • Experience with Brightree and/or MyForm.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology specific to incontinence, urological, or diabetic supplies.
