Job description

THIS ISN'T YOUR AVERAGE SALES CAREER.

One of our guiding philosophies is that your career should be built around your life, not your life around your career.

This is a place where you can work hard, experience great success at work AND have a great quality of life outside of work, not one or the other.

Most of us never saw ourselves building a career in insurance sales, so don't feel bad if you've thought the same thing, you're not alone!

What's unique about this career is how much freedom and control and impact it provides, while still being flexible enough to fit around the top priorities in your life.

WHY OUR TEAM MEMBERS LOVE WORKING HERE

PRODUCT

Selling a product that's easy to be passionate about, that's win-win, and that makes a significant difference in the lives of everyday clients.

PEOPLE

Work as part of an exceptional team with a great culture. We set out to build a family first and an insurance agency second.

We value a culture of top-performance and go to great lengths to ensure that someone's strengths and career goals align well with our culture and the role they're in.

The vast majority of our top producers had no prior insurance experience, and many had no prior sales experience. You'll be around like minded people you can relate to.

POSSIBILITIES

Create a long-term financial legacy, in addition to high earnings right now.

For those who want a career that's bigger than just personal production, we have a leadership career track with objective promotion guidelines transparently laid out for you.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

This is a business-to-business outside sales role.

This is primarily a new client acquisition role, building & growing a local book of business.

We train you to quickly become an expert at working with small to medium-sized businesses, their employees, and self-employed business owners in local communities.

You'll be trained on how to use our proprietary CRM to organize your daily schedule and simplify prospecting and follow up.

Within your first 30 days you'll become proficient at prospecting, follow up, setting up group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals

Longer term (1 year and beyond) you will shift your business focus from client acquisition to servicing existing clients and working with referrals

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Leadership Promotions based on performance

Classroom Training and Hands-On Field Training with Top Performers

Regular Business Reviews and Goal Setting Sessions

3 Incentive Trips Per Year
