We work closely with brand partners and global retail partners to bring high-quality K-Beauty products to consumers worldwide. As our U.S. operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our purchasing and inventory operations.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding product distribution across offline retail channels in the United States.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retail partners, and supporting the continued expansion of our brands across multiple retail environments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries, and a strong ability to develop new accounts and grow distribution through wholesale and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Identify and develop new retail partnership opportunities across the U.S.
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners
โ€ข Drive new account development and expand existing retail partnerships
โ€ข Increase product distribution and retail placement across offline channels
โ€ข Negotiate product listings, pricing, and promotional opportunities with retail partners
โ€ข Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
โ€ข Work cross-functionally with internal teams including logistics, operations, and marketing
โ€ข Provide regular updates on sales activities, market insights, and growth opportunities
โ€ข Support the development of scalable sales processes as retail partnerships expand
Qualifications
โ€ข 3-5+ years of experience in sales, wholesale, or business development within CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries
โ€ข Experience working with retail accounts or wholesale distribution channels
โ€ข Proven ability to develop new business relationships and expand product distribution
โ€ข Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
