What you can expect as a Inside Business Development Manager:


• Serve as the lead point of contact for agency staff

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting agency relationships

• Train and develop outside agencies on our products, underwriting processes and system

• Create strategic annual growth plan for Business Development department and team

• Collaborate with the outside dedicated Business Development team

• Work with underwriting and claims staff when needed to assist in conflict resolution

• Partner with agencies on underwriting, claims, system

• Report and document all calls in Salesforce

• Foster relationships with our outside agencies

• Perform other tasks that are assigned by management- Sales projects, Preparing reports, Sales meetings etc.


What we are looking for as a Inside Business Development Manager:


High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate degree preferred and a minimum of 1 year experience and/or training in P&C Insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
