We are seeking a Manager, Business Development to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations

About the Role:

The Manager, Business Development in Health Care Services plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying new market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry landscape to develop and implement effective business strategies that align with organizational goals. The manager will lead initiatives to enhance client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and clinical services. They will also analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt business plans and maintain a competitive edge.
