The Sea, Land, Air Analysis Group's mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.
SPA has a need for a CWMD Training and Development Integration Analyst to design and integrate CWMD and biodefense education and training across Air Force organizations. This role helps ensure Airmen and civilians understand CWMD concepts, responsibilities, and TTPs and can apply them. in plans, operations, and exercises.C
Responsibilities
The CWMD Training and Development Integration Analyst reviews existing training programs, PME curricula, and courseware to identify CWMD and biodefense content gaps and improvement opportunities. They design and update training materials, modules, and course content that reflect current guidance, threats, and best practices. They coordinate with MAJCOMs, schools, and training organizations to synchronize CWMD education and ensure it is aligned with DAF priorities. They also support after-action reviews from exercises and operations and incorporate lessons learned into updated training and education products.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, security studies, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in training development, education, or curriculum integration, with some focus on CWMD, CBRN defense, or related national security topics
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training products for diverse military and civilian audiences
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating CWMD and CBRN topics into PME or Service-level training programs
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional systems design, and e-learning tools

Pay Range Information
