Position Summary: The Business Applications Analyst job family is responsible for the administration, reliability, optimization, and support of enterprise business application platforms that enable organizational operations, administrative services, financial management, workforce management, and regulatory compliance. This includes the administration and lifecycle management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll and timekeeping systems, finance and accounting applications, procurement and supply chain systems, contract and vendor management platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other non-clinical enterprise applications supporting business operations.
This job family emphasizes application lifecycle execution, service request fulfillment, incident response, customer support, identity and access governance, application portfolio management, documentation, education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement rather than direct ownership of business operations.
This position may be filled as a Business Applications Analyst I, II, or III depending on qualifications, experience, and organizational need.
