The company is seeking a proactive and bilingual Property and Brokerage Associate to support their property and brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the property manager and brokerage manager, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to headquarters as needed

[Job Description]

- Assistingwith day-to-day management of properties (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).

-Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests.

-Helping with lease administration (drafting, renewals, rent collection tracking).

-Preparing financial or occupancy reports for property owners.

-Supporting compliance with local housing, safety, or commercial regulations.

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is highly perferred
