1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:Responsible for providing insight, consultation and strategies to help a Division's Financial Advisor and Financial Consultant population achieve growth targets, deliver improved client experiences, adhere to the firm's risk management objectives, optimize their team, and plan for the future

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Support the Business and Carry the Culture:

1. Assist in the professional development of Financial Advisor and Financial Consultant overall skillset in support of Division strategic plan and growth initiatives.
2. Work with the National Sales team to execute on practice management enhancement efforts within the Division.
3. Leverage tools such as PriceMetrix, Envestnet, Fidelity, etc. to help analyze Financial Advisor books of business and find efficiencies and growth opportunities.
4. Support the Regional Directors in identifying Financial Advisor/Consultant team opportunities.
5. Help Financial Advisor/Consultant teams improve performance by providing sales and organizational insight as part of their team development.
6. Provide proactive leadership in supporting Financial Advisor training and development opportunities in tandem with National Sales and third-party partners.
7. Assist with Financial Consultant development, including personal engagement and support of broader workshop and training programs.
8. Work with the Regional Directors to help consult on Financial Advisor succession plan coordination.
9. Help drive and support overall pricing improvement initiatives of the LOB and Division.
10. Help organize client events, as appropriate.
11. Embody the Truist values and mission, including active community involvement.
12. Improve workflows by identifying and assisting with process, policy and system revisions and upgrades, and staying current on new technologies, products, and trends.

Grow and Integrate the Business:

13. Educate Financial Advisors/Consultants on intra-Wealth and Bank (CSBB/Premier and Wholesale) partnership expectations, opportunities, and processes.
14. Support Financial Advisors/Consultants in execution of our partnership initiatives and dispositioning referrals within expected timeframes.
15. Routinely accumulate relevant updates for the Brokerage Division Director for dissemination to the field during team touchpoints.

Mitigate Risk:

16. Support LOB and Division risk management objectives and initiatives through personal knowledge and field education and coaching.
17. Assist the Regional Director with ISG branch coverage changes, ensuring the branch reassignment guiding principles and reassignment checklists are followed.

Develop and Retain the Talent:

17. Help build high performing teams by developing and retaining key talent, recruiting top talent from outside the firm as necessary with a strong focus on diversity, and executing on Financial Advisor retention strategies and objectives.
18. Partner with the Regional Directors to support education and options for succession planning and book transitions to Financial Advisors/Consultants.
19. Effectively partner with National Sales to ensure Advisor development opportunities are utilized, refined and effective.
20. Assist the Regional Director with ISG to PCG transition requests, ensuring business cases are completed and support the transition and all required steps are completed for approved transitions.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
2. 8 years of leadership experience in coaching relative to sales and relationship management in the Wealth Brokerage/Advisory industry.
3. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) series 7, 66 (or 63/65), 24, plus applicable Life & Health insurance licenses.
4. A thorough understanding of a broad range of financial planning and investment concepts.
5. Successful track record of sales coaching, presentation and relationship management skills previously demonstrated in the wealth brokerage business.
6. Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
7. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to travel, including overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Completion of an established management or career development program such as the bank's Leadership Development Program or similar program
2. Sound working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems
