Title: Warehouse Associate

Department: Production/Warehouse

Reports To: Brewery Operations Manager

Salary Range: $18-24 hourly based on experience

Description/Expectations: At Hendler Family Brewing Company, we're passionate about brewing exceptional beer and building an exceptional team. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and working with a collaborative team.

In this role, you'll help keep our brewery operations running smoothly by managing inventory, supporting production, preparing shipments, and making local deliveries to our taprooms and warehouse locations. Every day is a little different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in being an essential part of the operation.

Essential Duties:

Deliver beer, kegs, and supplies between our brewery, warehouses, and taproom locations.

Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory and raw materials.

Work closely with the Brewing and Packaging teams to ensure materials are staged and available for production.

Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with UPS, FedEx, and other carrier pickups.

Help maintain organized warehouse, keg, can, and dock storage areas.

Support outbound shipping operations as needed.

Prepare dunnage materials for pickup by can suppliers.

Assist with forklift maintenance, including regular battery watering.

Participate in variety pack assembly and other production support activities.

Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards.

Communicate effectively with teammates to keep operations running efficiently.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Proficiency with all required ERP usage.

Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.

Ability to bend, move, twist, and reach with arms, legs, & torso.

Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled/refrigerated environment.

Ability to maintain professionalism in a high pressure environment.

Strong organizational skills.

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is a plus.

Ability to drive a manual transmission box truck a plus

Multilingual (English, Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge of the craft beer industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with it.

Strong communication skills, both with management and fellow associates.

Experience with google suite and/or microsoft office suite of applications.
