Maui Brewing Co. is hiring Brewery Operations Team Members to support our beer production, packaging, and warehouse operations. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with paid training and excellent benefits.


Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in culinary, construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, or general labor — or anyone looking to learn a skilled trade in a production environment.

No brewery experience required.


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with brewing, packaging, and production operations
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tanks, and work areas
  • Support warehouse, material handling, and inventory movement
  • Follow safety, quality, and sanitation standards
  • Work as part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Requirements:
  • Entry-level position — training provided
  • Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting, bending)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
