Job description

67 Degrees Brewery is looking for beer lovers or beer Snobs to join its team.

We are a tight knit team with a love for beer, family, arts, and adventure.

We are looking for someone who isย a curious andย energetic to join our team.

Qualities and Skills (Must Haveโ€™s):

ยท Proficient with computers

ยท Love for craft beerโ€ฆobviously!

ยท e-TIPS certification (Not required)

ยท Familiarity with social media platforms

ยท Great interpersonal skills and team player

Responsibilities (include but may not be limited to):

ยท Help manage daily brewery operations (Production, packaging, cellar)

ยท Develop beer recipes; brainstorm on new ideas and techniques as a team

ยท Stay current on beer trends

ยท Follow record keeping and quality control procedures throughout beer production process

ยท Promote company's brand through positive interactions via social media, tasting events, beer and food festivals

ยท Comply with all state and federal regulations by preparing quarterly and monthly TTB and ABCC filings for management

ยท Attend Trade Association meetings, presentations, conventions when necessary

ยท Follow OSHA standards for safe work environment; follow safe procedures, implement new standards and requirement as see fit

ยท Help manage production requirements and timelines, ability to balance unexpected/ad-hoc developments, synchronize beer releases with marketing

ยท Consistently maintain accurate inventory to include raw ingredients, packaging materials; perform monthly and quarterly audits

ยท Utilize company provided software to document and inventory raw ingredients, packaging materials, brew schedule, and perform cost analysis

ยท Communicate with different vendors, contractors, etc. as necessary to address brewery needs (i.e. maintenance scheduling, materials delivery, etc.)

Qualifications:

ยท Must be 21 years of age or older

ยท Formal Brewery Training/Certification a plus, but not required

ยท Ability to follow instructions

.ย  At least 2 โ€“ 4 years of experience (Someย commercial brewing experience a plus)

ยท Creative, risk taker, and a great deal of humility

ยท Ability to lift and move at least 55 lbs and perform repetitive motions, included but not limited to bend, squat, crawl, push, pull, etc

ยท Ability to work in hot, cold, wet environment

ยท Ability to climb stairs, use a ladder at 10 feet and above
