Job description

Purpose: Build, Lead, and Develop the Creative Team
Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide oversight and direction on all Creative Team initiatives and decisions.
  • Coach the Creative Team to communicate Freedom Church's voice & visual identity.
  • Oversee the branding elements and marketing strategies for all mass media - including traditional, digital, and social platforms to approve all final creative assets of the team.
  • Collaborate between the Lead Pastor and the Creative Team to bring series direction, illustrative ideas, and creative concepts to production for promotion.
  • Implement systems for all Creative Team requests, workflows, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Steward the annual Creative and Marketing Budgets.
