Branch Manager

Full Time Topeka, KS, US

What this role looks like:

To direct the operations of a medium sized, remote Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans, while promoting a sales environment. Successful candidates will share Envista's core values of Integrity, Empower, Exceed, Unity, and Impact.

What you'll do:
  • Assist members with consumer and mortgage loan questions, requests and applications. Also responsible for opening and closing accounts and answering questions about other products and services.
  • Direct, develop, motivate, hire and discipline branch personnel; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate personnel actions. Development includes but is not limited to: training employees on procedures, delivering the "Envista experience", cross-selling products and services to meet the needs of our members and developing staff for future promotion opportunities.
  • Monitor branch operating results relative to established objectives, and insure compliance with established policies and procedures, and takes appropriate steps to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Maintain communications with main office; prepare and submit standard reports; attend scheduled management meetings.
  • Represent the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job‑specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
