Resumen General del Puesto
Responsable de la administración y manejo de la cartera de la sucursal, supervisión de recursos y coordinación de la implementación de presupuesto y logro de metas de ventas y cobro asignadas por la compañía, en conjunto con los Gerentes de Distrito y del Director, con el fin de maximizar el retorno financiero y atender los intereses de la compañía y garantizar que las operaciones se ejecuten efectivamente cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos y legislación aplicable.
Requisitos:
  • Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas
  • Cinco (5) años de experiencia progresiva ocupando puestos de supervisión en la industria financiera.
  • Conocimiento de las políticas, reglamentaciones y normas federales y estatales que rigen la industria financiera.
  • Dominio para comunicarse efectivamente tanto de forma oral como escrita.
  • Conocimiento de P/C y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, entre otros.
  • Habilidad para trabajar puntualmente con calendarios de proyectos y múltiples prioridades para cumplir las metas asignadas.
  • Destreza de liderazgo, supervisión, negociación y mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales con su equipo de trabajo, con clientes internos y externos.
