Job description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, and Auditing
  • Generate Purchase Orders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities

**Training will be conducted over 4-6 weeks of each individual role.

TPI was founded in 1949 as a plastic extrusion house. TPI currently has 20 production lines, and services the U.S. and international markets with plastic tubing of all sizes. We work with more than a dozen different types of plastics and are looking to expand our product offering. Our facility is approximately 85,000 Sqr/ft and we have 45 employees.
