The Board Secretary serves as an officer of the Board of Directors and plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, documenting board actions, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring effective communication among board members.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain board meeting minutes and official records
  • Support board governance and organizational compliance efforts
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, agendas, and board documentation
  • Maintain corporate records and organizational policies
