We are seeking an Independent Board Director with deep experience in performance-based advertising technology, particularly DSP platforms driven by machine learning and optimization algorithms.

This individual should bring operator-level experience from leading performance advertising platforms and be able to contribute meaningfully to discussions around:

  • DSP product strategy;
  • machine learning driven ad optimization;
  • advertiser acquisition and growth;

This is a non-executive board position, not an operating role. Appodeal is building a performance-based DSP and advertising infrastructure platform powered by machine learning. Our long-term objective is to build a global performance advertising platform that enables advertisers to acquire users and customers efficiently through data-driven optimization and ML-based bidding systems. Appodeal operates a broader ecosystem that includes:

  • advertising infrastructure;
  • demand-side platform (DSP);
  • supply-side platform (SSP);
  • mobile game publishing and development.

The company is profitable, growing, and operates globally across the United States and Europe. Strategic Focus of the Role The primary mission of this board role is to strengthen Appodeal's ability to build a world-class ML-driven performance DSP. The director will contribute a perspective on:
