THE GIST:

Our client, a Bay Area based SaaS startup with global reach, seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their Chief People Officer and play an integral role in company event management. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive EA who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys being at the center of all things company culture related. The ideal candidate is a career EA who will bring both their strong executive support background and event management expertise to the role.

This is an awesome opportunity to play a significant role in helping coordinate and execute high-touch company and executive events!


THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Own complex calendar management for CPO, balancing priorities, tradeoffs, and focus time against business-critical goals
  • Plan & execute company events (company offsites, SKOs, All-Hands, executive meetings etc.)
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and decision-ready meeting packets; capture decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines
  • Manage executive communications and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate executive priorities into structured plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and dashboards
  • Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives including planning cycles, reviews, offsites, and launches
  • Own operational execution for key programs & events
  • Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed


THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience senior executives at a tech startup or high-growth tech company highly preferred
  • Experience planning large scale company events required (offsites, SKOs, all-hands meetings, etc.)
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident setting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and decision-oriented
  • Willingness to offer occasional flexibility outside standard work hours for events
