Job Summary:
mthree is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join their team at a major investment bank. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support for Equity Fund applications, enhancing system performance, and deploying infrastructure systems while interacting with traders and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Providing 1st and 2nd line support and enhancement to Equity Fund applications.
• Facing off to traders and external clients providing low latency support.
• Increasing systems performance, infrastructure systems deployment, extensions and analysis of the implementation and integration requirements for the global trading system.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Application Support Analyst
• Global Environment Experience
• Database manipulation in SQL
• L1/L2 Support
• Unix/Linux ideally with Scripting (Bash/Shell/Python)
Preferred:
• Financial Services experience desired but not essential
