This is an ONSITE role in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and you MUST have staffing/executive search industry experience.

This isnโ€™t a traditional recruiting role. Weโ€™re looking for someone who can win the business AND deliver on it.


Someone who knows how to get in front of senior decision-makers, build credibility with C-suite executives, uncover opportunities, and then execute the search from start to finish.

This is a true full-cycle Executive Search role.


Youโ€™ll be:

  • Identifying and targeting new executive search opportunities
  • Building relationships with C-suite executives and senior-level decision-makers
  • Winning new business and developing your own book of clients
  • Managing searches from initial client conversation through successful placement
