This is an ONSITE role in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and you MUST have staffing/executive search industry experience.


Blue Chip Talent isn’t just participating in the staffing industry, we’re helping shape it. With 10 consecutive years of growth, expanding market share, and a reputation built on performance, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to help us continue the momentum.

This isn’t a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who can win the business AND deliver on it.


Someone who knows how to get in front of senior decision-makers, build credibility with C-suite executives, uncover opportunities, and then execute the search from start to finish.

This is a true full-cycle Executive Search role.


You’ll be:

  • Identifying and targeting new executive search opportunities
  • Building relationships with C-suite executives and senior-level decision-makers
  • Winning new business and developing your own book of clients
  • Managing searches from initial client conversation through successful placement
  • Sourcing, engaging, and recruiting high-level executive talent
  • Building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Owning your desk like it’s your business (because it is)

What You Bring:

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or executive search
  • Proven ability to develop and win new business
  • Experience targeting, engaging, and building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in high-level conversations
  • Ability to manage the full search lifecycle, from business development through placement
  • Proven ability to identify and recruit senior-level talent
  • Consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive drive, urgency, and accountability


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and securing new executive search clients
  • Developing relationships with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Understanding clients’ businesses, leadership needs, and organizational challenges
  • Leading executive searches from intake through placement
  • Identifying, recruiting, and evaluating high-caliber executive candidates
  • Managing expectations on both the client and candidate side
  • Growing existing relationships into long-term partnerships
  • Building a sustainable executive search book of business
