Job Description
NAS Recruitment is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to drive net new client acquisition and accelerate revenue growth. This is a pure hunter role focused on building pipeline, developing new relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.Â
While this role carries a VP title to support executive-level access and credibility, it is an individual contributor (IC) position with no direct reports.Â
The ideal candidate brings experience selling into Talent Acquisition, HR, and Recruitment Marketing leaders, with a proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and deliver net new revenue.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
New Business DevelopmentÂ
- Own net new client acquisition across target enterprise and mid-market accountsÂ
- Proactively build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and strategic outreachÂ
- Identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities aligned to NAS solutionsÂ
Sales ExecutionÂ
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → solutioning → closeÂ
- Navigate long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) involving multiple stakeholdersÂ
- Lead discovery, present tailored solutions, and position NAS offerings to align with client business outcomesÂ
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategiesÂ
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business casesÂ
Market & Internal CollaborationÂ
- Provide insight on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needsÂ
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure strong solution alignmentÂ
- Represent NAS through industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activitiesÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredÂ
- 7-10+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based salesÂ
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotasÂ
- Demonstrated success in long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months)Â
- Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or related buyersÂ
