Job description

Eden Health Clubs is a leading medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Greenwood Village, CO, dedicated to empowering clients through innovative anti-aging therapies and education-driven care. Our multidisciplinary team delivers a wide range of services, including injectables, lasers, peels, and functional health offerings such as hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and biohacking.
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care and the efficiency of our clinical operations. The ideal candiate is someone who loves attention to detail, is organized and upbeat, and loves building relationships with their patients. This is an important role where you will be supporting our providers and helping to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Rooming patients and recording vital signs
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterile technique
  • Assisting providers during aesthetic and wellness treatments
  • Documenting patient care accurately in the EMR and keeping charts up to date
  • Educating patients and providing post-treatment care instructions
  • Managing lab orders/results and coordinating follow-up appointments
  • Making follow-up phone calls to patients
  • Supporting inventory management and stocking clinical supplies

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a medical assistant program
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) credential or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a closely related role
  • Strong phlebotomy skills with experience performing phlebotomy in a clinical setting
  • Experience handling clinical lab workflows, including sending and receiving lab orders/results and coordinating follow-ups
  • Proficiency documenting patient care in an EMR with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems, including Zenoti and custom CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a medical aesthetics practice
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetics and wellness/functional medicine
