Job description

About the Company

Ultimate Longevity Center is a fast-growing, premium wellness & longevity brand focused on helping people feel better, perform at a higher level, and invest in their long-term health.

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our center through launch and beyond. This is a hands-on, sales-first leadership role built for someone who wants to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Personally drive new membership sales through grassroots, in-person, consultative outreach and goal-focused sales.
  • Ideate and execute local marketing, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives that feed your own pipeline.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales- and service-driven team.
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure a seamless, elevated center experience.
  • Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey.
  • Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales record — Able to speak to actions and outcomes (calls, follow-ups, close rate, revenue personally generated).
  • Experience over tenure — Someone with real, demonstrated skill and a track record beyond industry familiarity.
  • 2–5+ years of management experience; wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, or hospitality backgrounds all considered.
  • Experience opening or building a team/location from the ground up strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to connect with people, build lasting relationships, with a strong alignment to performance and longevity principles (e.g., Ultimate Human).
  • Organized, accountable, and results-driven.

Required Skills

  • Energized by generating new business, not just nurturing existing relationships.
  • Your motivation and drive should visibly lift the people around you.
  • Sales-driven leader who consistently drives revenue and membership growth.
  • Growth-minded with a strong interest in wellness, biohacking, and longevity.
  • Confident communicator skilled at building relationships, driving conversions, and creating community through events and outreach.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action; competitive, energetic, and motivated to exceed goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, or hospitality.
  • Ability to build and lead a team effectively.

Base salary + bonus + commission. Complimentary or discounted services. Growth opportunities within a fast-growing, multi-unit franchise brand.
