Position Overview


We are seeking a Wellness Medical Assistant (MA) with a passion for patient care, wellness, and modern health optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and excited to support both clinical and wellness-based services in a fast-paced, boutique medical environment.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, elevated experience for every Eliv8MD client, supporting the clinical team in areas ranging from hormone therapy and IV infusions to medical weight loss and functional diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist providers with patient care procedures, exams, and wellness treatments
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for cleanliness and efficiency
  • Administer and/or assist with IV therapies, vitamin injections, blood draws, and specimen collection
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system and uphold HIPAA compliance
  • Take and record vitals, patient history, and wellness intake forms
  • Educate patients on pre/post-care instructions, supplements, and treatment plans
  • Mainly support front-desk operations (scheduling, check in/out, sales, patient follow-ups)
  • Help ensure a calm, polished, and professional clinical environment

Qualifications


  • Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) preferred
  • Phlebotomy certified
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical, medspa, or wellness practice preferred
  • Interest in integrative medicine, nutrition, aesthetics, or biohacking is a PLUS
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • EMR experience (e.g., Zenoti, Practice Fusion, EPIC)
  • Positive attitude, polished presentation, and team-oriented mindset
