Job description

The Will Well is a wellness center in Pensacola focused on therapeutic massage, biohacking recovery therapies, and sustainable longevity practices. We serve health-conscious professionals, athletes, and individuals seeking high-quality bodywork and restorative wellness services.

We are currently hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist who is eager to grow professionally inside a structured, supportive environment.

This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to client needs
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding pressure, goals, and outcomes
• Support client retention through excellent service and rebooking
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
• Participate in team training and skill development
• Learn and integrate additional wellness modalities offered at the studio

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License
• Strong professionalism and communication skills
• Coachable and eager to continue developing massage skills
• Interest in therapeutic bodywork and long-term client relationships
• Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
• Interest in wellness and biohacking therapies is a plus

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• $15 per massage service hour
• $2–$7 per approved add-on service
• 100% of gratuities
