The Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for an NP who values preventive medicine, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a refined, patient-centered med spa environment.
As a Wellness & Longevity Specialist, you will deliver comprehensive care while helping clients achieve sustainable health transformations through personalized treatment plans.
Key Duties
  • Conduct in-depth wellness consultations, physical examinations, and ongoing follow-up visits.
  • Develop, prescribe, and manage individualized hormone optimization and medical weight loss programs.
  • Provide education on lifestyle, supplementation, and nutrition optimization.
  • Monitor treatment progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation within EMR systems.
  • Provide a concierge-level experience while representing the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism and care. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, on client engagement initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Track and report weekly performance and sales metrics using the clinic’s reporting tools

Qualifications
  • Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Experience in wellness, hormone therapy, aesthetics, or medical weight loss preferred
