We are currently hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist who is eager to grow professionally inside a structured, supportive environment.

This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role.

What Makes The Will Well Different

We believe massage therapy should be a long-term, sustainable career, not a burnout cycle.

Our therapists receive structured systems, marketing support, and paid training so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care and building a loyal client base.

We are building a culture of professionalism, consistency, and growth for therapists who want more than just a place to pick up shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to client needs
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding pressure, goals, and outcomes
• Support client retention through excellent service and rebooking
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
• Participate in team training and skill development
• Learn and integrate additional wellness modalities offered at the studio

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License
• Strong professionalism and communication skills
• Coachable and eager to continue developing massage skills
• Interest in therapeutic bodywork and long-term client relationships
• Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
• Interest in wellness and biohacking therapies is a plus

New graduates are welcome to apply. We provide training for the right candidate.

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• $15 per massage service hour
• $2–$7 per approved add-on service
• 100% of gratuities
• Performance-based growth opportunities

This structure provides both income stability and performance-based earning potential.

What We Provide

• Fully equipped treatment rooms
• Biohacking and recovery therapy equipment
• Paid training and mentorship
• In-house laundry
• Storage for personal belongings
• Marketing and client acquisition support
• Systems designed to help therapists build a consistent book of clients

Our Culture

We believe therapists thrive when they have a strong professional home base. Building consistency in one supportive environment allows practitioners to develop skill, client relationships, and long-term career stability.

We are looking for team members who are committed to growing themselves, their craft, and the community around them.
