What are hourly Botox sales jobs?

Hourly Botox sales jobs involve selling Botox treatments and related cosmetic products, typically within a clinic, spa, or medspa. Employees are usually paid by the hour rather than by commission, and their duties often include educating clients about Botox, scheduling appointments, and assisting with marketing efforts. These roles may also require a strong understanding of cosmetic procedures and excellent customer service skills. The position is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with clients and have an interest in the aesthetics industry.

How does an Hourly Botox Sales representative typically collaborate with medical professionals and clinic staff?

As an Hourly Botox Sales representative, you will frequently coordinate with medical professionals such as dermatologists, nurses, and clinic managers to understand their patient needs and product preferences. Building strong relationships with clinic staff is crucial for scheduling product demonstrations, providing up-to-date information on Botox offerings, and ensuring a smooth ordering process. You'll often work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets, address client questions, and facilitate training sessions. Effective communication and a customer-focused approach are key to your day-to-day success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Hourly Botox Sales Representative, and why are they important?

To succeed as an Hourly Botox Sales Representative, you typically need strong sales skills, a good understanding of cosmetic procedures, and at least a high school diploma, with some employers preferring candidates with healthcare or aesthetics backgrounds. Familiarity with CRM software, appointment scheduling systems, and knowledge of Botox products and FDA regulations are often required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to educate clients confidently set top performers apart. These competencies are crucial for building trust with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance in a regulated industry.

Job description

Workplace Culture Comes First

In-Person | Fort Myers, FL
Full-Time (4 Days/Week) or Part-Time Available

At dermani MEDSPA® Fort Myers, we believe beautiful results begin with trust — not ego, not pressure, and never shortcuts.

We are a locally owned, relationship-driven MedSpa seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner injector (2+ years) who values team culture as much as clinical excellence. You already know how to inject Botox and Juvéderm. What matters most to us is how you show up — for your patients and for your team.

This is a place where culture isn’t a buzzword. It’s the foundation.

Who You Are

  • Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
  • 2+ years hands-on injectable experience (neuromodulators + dermal fillers)
  • Botox & Dermal Filler certified
  • Confident in facial anatomy, balancing, contouring, and natural results
  • Friendly, upbeat, and relationship-driven
  • Confident — but not competitive
  • Collaborative — not territorial
  • Professional, polished, and kind in communication
  • Passionate about patient education and ethical recommendations
  • Interested in long-term growth, not bouncing clinic to clinic

How We Work

  • No injector hierarchy
  • No toxic competition
  • Shared wins, shared goals, shared respect
  • Providers support each other instead of guarding rooms or clients
  • Ethical recommendations over quick sales
  • Quality over volume
  • Leadership that is hands-on and invested in your success
  • Strict adherence to clinical protocols and high standards

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
  • Evaluate facial anatomy and create customized treatment plans
  • Independently perform cosmetic injections including:
  • Botox & neuromodulators
  • Dermal fillers (lips, facial balancing, contouring, anti-aging)
  • Perform or oversee complementary treatments:
  • IPL
  • Microneedling with PRP
  • Administer Latisse prescriptions per protocol
  • Assess and manage potential complications professionally
  • Report adverse events immediately to Medical Director per protocol
  • Maintain injectable and consumable inventory using Zenoti
  • Deliver exceptional, consistent patient care
  • Uphold dermani MEDSPA® clinical standards daily
  • Participate in ongoing education (Allergan trainings & injectable advancements)

Schedule Requirements

Full-Time: 4 days per week
Availability required within:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am–7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm

Part-time availability will be considered for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Hourly base pay
  • PTO
  • Employee Benefits Available
  • Commission for membership and retail
  • Employee discounts
  • Ongoing professional education
  • Growth opportunities within a thriving injectables-focused practice

This Role Is For You If...

You want to be proud of where you work.
You want teammates you genuinely enjoy.
You want to practice aesthetics the right way.
You believe trust builds retention — not pressure.
You want to grow with a team that values culture as much as results.

If injectables are your craft, relationships are your strength, and team culture matters deeply to you, we would love to meet you.

Please apply with your resume and a brief note on why workplace culture matters to you.
