Aesthetic Injection Clinic Consultant

  • Location: Henderson, NV

  • Employment Type: Contract

  • Hourly Rate: $65/hr (W2)

  • Reports To: Owner / Medical Director


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Aesthetic Injection Clinic Consultantto lead the development, launch, and ongoing operations of a premier aesthetic clinic specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. This individual will play a key role in establishing clinic processes, ensuring compliance, building a loyal client base, and delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes.


The ideal candidate is a licensed aesthetic provider with strong injectable experience, business acumen, and the ability to grow a profitable practice from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities
Clinic Setup & Development

  • Assist with the planning, launch, and operational setup of a new aesthetic clinic.

  • Develop treatment protocols, client consultation processes, and clinical workflows.

  • Assist in the selection and implementation of EMR, scheduling, inventory, and payment systems.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and medical board regulations.

  • Partner with ownership and the Medical Director to establish policies and best practices.


Clinical Services

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including:

  • Botox® and neurotoxins

  • Dermal fillers

  • Lip enhancement

  • Facial balancing and contouring

  • PRP/PRF treatments (if applicable)

  • Other aesthetic procedures within scope of practice

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and treatment planning.

  • Educate clients on procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare.

  • Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance standards.


Operations & Leadership

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and product utilization.

  • Track treatment outcomes, client satisfaction, and clinic performance metrics.

  • Train and mentor future injectors and support staff.

  • Maintain exceptional service standards and client experience.

  • Assist with hiring and onboarding clinical and administrative personnel.


Qualifications
Required

  • Active Nevada RN, NP, PA, or other applicable professional license.

  • Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injectable experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Botox and dermal filler treatments.

  • Strong consultation and patient communication skills.

  • Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning.

  • Experience maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.


Preferred

  • Experience launching or managing an aesthetic, med spa, or cosmetic practice.

  • Established client following.

  • Experience with social media marketing and personal brand development.

  • Advanced injectable certifications and specialty training.
