Job description

Supports BIM coordination activities for airport capital improvement projects by assisting

project teams with model organization, digital workflows, Autodesk platform support, and

standards compliance. The role focuses on coordination, documentation support, file

management, and assisting with implementation of established BIM processes and

workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams with BIM coordination activities for Revit and Civil 3D projects.
  • Support management and organization of BIM files, shared coordinates, and project

model structures.

  • Assist with publishing, tracking, and maintaining models within Autodesk Construction

Cloud (ACC).

  • Support coordination meetings by preparing model files, documentation, and issue

tracking logs.

  • Assist with maintaining Revit templates, shared parameters, and BIM documentation

standards.

  • Help monitor model organization and compliance with established BIM workflows and

standards.

  • Support data exchanges between Revit, Civil 3D, and other project platforms.
  • Assist with migration and organization of project files into Autodesk Construction

Cloud.

  • Provide technical support to project teams related to BIM workflows and file

management.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including AIS, EPMS, Document Control, and project delivery teams.
  • Assist with Autodesk user setup, access coordination, and platform support requests.
  • Support development and maintenance of BIM workflow documentation and training materials.
  • Assist with QA/QC reviews of BIM models and project documentation for consistency and completeness.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Information

Technology, or related field preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting BIM coordination or digital delivery efforts.
  • Experience supporting design or construction teams utilizing BIM workflows preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented project environment.
