Pay Range: $42.64hr - $47.64hr
  • The Digital Advisor I will support the implementation and execution of Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance activities.ย 
  • The role involves data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enhance safety performance and operational effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 5โ€“7 years of combined professional experience in relevant business, technical, or safety-related functions required.
  • Experience supporting safety management systems (SMS) or operational risk programs preferred.
  • Experience working in electric utility or similar regulated environments preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination or process improvement roles preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of safety projects and Safety Management System (SMS) activities.
  • Assist in SMS Risk Management, Management of Change (MoC), and QA/QC processes.
  • Analyze safety, risk, and compliance data using tools such as Excel, Enablon, and Power BI.
  • Track, present, and analyze complex safety-related information.
  • Support peers in SMS implementation and process adherence.
  • Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements based on risk and quality analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety performance.
