Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $50hr - $53hr
  • The Project Coordinator will support project execution by collecting, validating, and distributing daily project updates, maintaining dashboards and reports, assisting with invoicing, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling activities. 
  • The role requires coordination with field teams, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent field experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction, or field operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ERP or project management systems preferred.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related fields.
  • Exposure to construction or field operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
  • Maintain daily and weekly dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
  • Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
  • Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering teams, logistics, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare materials for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.

Should Have:

  • Experience working in the wind industry as a Project Coordinator.
  • Experience with Smartsheet.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Qualification And Education:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
