Croker Fire Drill Corporation, part of the Altus Fire & Life Safey family of companies, located in Hauppauge, NY, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!  The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate documents and data entry.

Salary Range:  $42,000 -$45,000Responsibilities
  • Request and collect necessary documentation and information from clients and floor plan vendors 
  • Review, annotate, and track progress on assigned floor plan and riser diagram projects 
  • Maintain and organize floor plan files in both physical and digital formats 
  • Prepare building footprints based on received floor plans 
  • Update and maintain building folders and project status in the corporate database 
  • Draft and produce professional business correspondence as needed 
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines 
  • Answer office phones professionally and respond promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance 
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • 2+ years of experience with administrative, project coordinator, or equivalent experience. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines. 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Solid written and oral communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • High level of accuracy in all tasks and recordkeeping.
