Behavioral Health Associate Jobs in Indiana (NOW HIRING)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent

Department/Specialty: Stress Center - various outpatient programs offered 

Schedule: Full-time | Days  for the most part - some roles schedule may differ

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
• Administer individual and group therapy.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge including recommending resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.

• Eligible candidates must have a master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field and must be licensed as a LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Full licensure is strongly preferred, may be required depending on the position.
• Some posiitons may accept Associate level licensure.
