  • Provide temporary caseload coverage during staffing transitions, leaves of absence, or periods of increased demand.
  • Facilitate caregiver meetings and collaborate with families to support treatment success.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and make clinical recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Complete required documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, staff development, and clinical training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care across locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment programs.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Indiana, including occasional overnight travel.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multiple clinic locations or multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation platforms.
  • Experience training clinicians on evidence-based ABA practices and behavior intervention strategies.

Travel Requirements

  • Professional development and continuing education support.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement offerings.
