Core ResponsibilitiesLead Behavior ProgrammingDirect all behavior-related services across the North campus by developing, implementing, and evaluating programming that supports student success. Responsibilities include overseeing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), ABA skill acquisition plans, data systems, and related procedures while ensuring alignment with current best practices.
Support Quality and ComplianceEnsure behavior programming meets professional, state, and federal standards by overseeing target selection, data collection systems, teaching strategies, reinforcement schedules, and implementation fidelity.
Build Relationships Across the CampusPartner with students, families, faculty, staff, and leadership to create effective, individualized supports. Maintain clear communication and documentation in alignment with Hope policies and procedures.
Provide Supervision and DocumentationOversee reliable data collection related to IEP goals and ABA targets. Provide supervision and support for RBTs and BCBA candidates while maintaining accurate service documentation.
Lead Assessment and Staff DevelopmentProvide training and guidance on behavioral assessment tools, including VB-MAPP and functional behavior assessments, as well as Crisis Prevention protocols and other related practices.
