What Your Day Looks Like
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1-on-1 with children in our therapy center and outdoor farm environment helping them build life skills through guided play.
Your day may include:
• Playing games and creative activities
• Helping children improve communication
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Celebrating progress and milestones
• Tracking progress using a tablet

Typical technician schedule:
30-36 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
$18/hour base pay after training
PLUS:
$3/hour performance bonus

Experienced RBTs can earn up to $27/hour.
