Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and playful individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Success on the Spectrum Sanford. As a vital member of our team, you will provide one-on-one clinical intervention to help children build critical social, language, and life skills through active, play-based therapy. Our goal is to help children on the autism spectrum learn naturally through our evidence-based ABA programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Run customized treatment plans designed by our BCBAs to help children build critical social, language, and life skills

  • Design and incorporate engaging sensory activities, arts and crafts, games, and interactive play

  • Log client progress in real-time using our clinical software and complete daily SOAP notes immediately post-session

  • Participate in keeping our learning environment clean, sanitized, and welcoming

  • Work closely with our team to provide a dynamic, active, and deeply rewarding experience for our clients

The SOS Premium Benefits Package:

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, based directly on your background

  • The RBT Bump: $19.00/hr is a milestone increase after passing your official RBT certification exam

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking high-energy, enthusiastic, and playful individuals who are passionate about child development. If you have:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred)

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit comfortably on the floor, and remain highly active alongside energetic children throughout the workday

  • Background: Candidates must successfully complete a required background check and meet all applicable Florida employment screening requirements prior to providing direct services to clients
