Behavior Coaches collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to create a safe and productive environment. Their goal is to help individuals achieve personal, academic, or professional success by promoting positive behavioral changes.

This team-based approach helps create a supportive environment where all staff members are equipped to address student needs effectively.
