This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with young children with autism - all while receiving paid training and professional support in our Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) program. The EIBI program is closed for services for 30 days per year.
As an EIBI Therapist, you'll:
  • Provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to a young child with autism in their home and/or childcare setting
  • Implement skill development and behavior reduction procedures as specified in their individualized treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collaborate with a BCBA who provides ongoing supervision, feedback, and support
  • Collect data on target skills and behaviors for progress tracking and assessment
  • Build warm, supportive, and collaborative relationships with children and families while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Respect the privacy, cultural customs, and religious practices of children and families
  • Celebrate every success

What You'll Need:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing or willingness to pursue certification with NECC support
  • A high school diploma is required. Having or pursuing a college degree is highly preferred.
  • Compassion, patience, and motivation who enjoys working with young children and families with a desire to work with young children and families
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
