Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
This position is located in Brick, NJ.

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a per diem BCBA to provide behavioral consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey. Flexible hours. In-home, community, and program-based settings.

Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs

  • Train staff and families on behavior plans

  • Supervise RBTs or behavior staff

  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Maintain timely documentation

Requirements of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Active BCBA certification

  • NJ LBA or APC (preferred)

  • Experience with IDD population

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel
