Job description

Breakthrough ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to support a fully home-based caseload in the Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Conroe areas. This caseload includes multiple Tricare-funded clients and requires regular in-person supervision and direct support in client homes.

We are looking for a BCBA who is confident working independently, providing high-quality clinical oversight, building strong relationships with families, and managing a home-based caseload with minimal day-to-day direction. Prior home-based ABA experience is strongly preferred.

Sign-On Bonus

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $1,500 paid after 3 months of employment
• $1,500 paid after 6 months of employment

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with TDLR
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• Maintain an updated CAQH account
• BACB-required 8-hour supervision training
• CPR certification
• HIPAA compliance training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment and background check requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a home-based ABA caseload independently
  • Experience providing services to Tricare-funded clients
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with formal assessment tools including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SRS-2, FAST, QABF, and related assessments
  • Therapeutic restraint training (CPI, Safety Care, etc.)
  • Experience supervising and mentoring behavior technicians in home-based settings

Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, and surrounding areas

Work Location

Home-based services provided in client homes throughout the assigned territory. Regular in-person supervision and travel within the service area are required.
