Business Development Center Representative
Location: Cable Dahmer of Topeka
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour + commission
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays)
Job Summary:
The BDC Representative (Business Development Center Representative) will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring quality customer service, and driving service and sales opportunities. The BDC Rep will work closely with the sales and service team to schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
-Handle outbound calls to follow up on sales and service leads, schedule appointments, and provide relevant information about products and services.
-Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure seamless lead management and customer engagement.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
-Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
-Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointment setting goals.
-Follow up with customers post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (automotive experience is a plus).
