The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced recruitment leader to step into an AVP / National Market Lead role within our Construction practice. This individual will own and scale our national recruitment platform focused on infrastructure construction, including:
  • Substations
  • Transmission & distribution (T&D)
  • Utility-scale electrical infrastructure
  • Power EPCs and General Contractors

This is a senior leadership position with full market ownership, significant autonomy, and a clear mandate to build, lead, and grow a national team.

Role Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute the national growth strategy for Power Construction recruitment across the U.S.
  • Establish LVI as the go-to recruitment partner for top-tier power GCs and EPCs.
  • Identify new commercially viable sub-markets and geographic growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong personal billing desk while scaling the wider platform.

Client & Commercial Ownership
  • Lead senior-level client relationships with key accounts nationwide.
  • Leverage existing contracts and MSAs while expanding client penetration.
  • Advise clients on labor market trends, compensation, and hiring strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term client partnerships.

Team Build & People Development
  • Hire, train, and develop future billers and people leaders.
  • Build and scale a team projected to reach 8-10 consultants within 18 months.
  • Coach consultants on business development, delivery, and account management.
  • Set clear performance expectations and lead by example.

Leadership & Culture
  • Partner closely with senior leadership in Boston and across LVI globally.
  • Contribute to office-wide performance, culture, and leadership initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor and role model within the Construction and Infrastructure division.

  • Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter or recruitment leader in construction, power, energy, or infrastructure markets.
