Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

About This Job

The AVP, Manager, Marketing Enablement is responsible for improving how Marketing works by driving operational excellence, technology adoption, process optimization, and organizational enablement.
This role serves as an internal consultant and change agent, helping Marketing teams work smarter, move faster, and scale more effectively. The individual will identify operational friction points, evaluate and implement solutions, lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, and drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices across the Marketing organization.
The role owns key enablement platforms and programs-including sales and marketing enablement tools, training initiatives, process improvement efforts, and operational transformation projects-while serving as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement.
This position partners closely with Marketing Strategy, GTM, Segment Marketing, Brand, Events, Communications, RevOps, Data & Analytics, Sales Leadership, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Enablement & Productivity

  • Develop and execute the Marketing Enablement strategy to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Identifyprocess bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational challenges across Marketing functions.
  • Design and implement solutions that simplify workflows, improve collaboration, and reduce time-to-market.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve consistency and scalability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders on operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency.

Sales & Marketing Enablement Platforms

  • Own administration, governance, and optimization of enablement platforms such as Seismic and related technologies.
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams have easy access to current, compliant, and effective content and resources.
  • Develop processes for content governance, lifecycle management, and platform adoption.
  • Measureutilizationand effectiveness of enablement platforms and recommend enhancements.

Innovation & Change Management

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices that can improve Marketing performance.
  • Identifyopportunities to automate manual work andeliminateunnecessary complexity.
  • Champion adoption of new tools, workflows, and ways of working.
  • Build business cases fornew technologiesand process improvements.
  • Act as a change leader, helping teams successfully adopt new capabilities and behaviors.

Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead implementation ofnew marketingtechnologies, enablement solutions, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Establish project plans, success metrics, governance structures, and communication plans.
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and organizational value.

Training & Organizational Readiness

  • Develop andmaintaintraining programs, user guides, playbooks, and enablement materials.
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new platforms, processes, and capabilities.
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption through communications, workshops, and ongoing support.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across Marketing.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs tomeasure enablementeffectiveness, adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
  • Monitor performance andidentifyopportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Develop executive reporting and recommendations for Marketing leadership.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, or relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, enablement, project management, consulting, process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts.
  • Experience implementing and managing marketing or sales technology platforms.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and training capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability toidentifybusiness problems and implement scalable solutions.
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Seismic,Highspot,Showpad, or similar tools.
  • Experience with marketing technology ecosystems including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Workfront, or related platforms.
  • Experience driving AI adoption, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP,Prosci, or related certifications preferred.
