Remote | Business & General Aviation | High-Commission Opportunity

About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring an Aircraft Sales Executive for a remote opportunity with an established aviation organization focused on business and general aviation transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the aircraft market and knows how to develop business, build trust with aircraft owners and buyers, and move deals from initial conversation to close. Weโ€™re looking for a sales professional who is confident working with high-level clients, understands the nuances of aircraft transactions, and can help drive revenue through a mix of relationship management, prospecting, and deal execution.

If youโ€™ve sold aircraft, worked in brokerage, or operated in a high-value aviation sales environment, this could be a strong fit.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Develop new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, buyers, and other aviation stakeholders
  • Manage aircraft sales opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and closing
  • Advise clients throughout the transaction process with professionalism, discretion, and strong market awareness
  • Present aircraft opportunities and sales recommendations clearly to clients and decision-makers
  • Evaluate aircraft details, market positioning, and sales strategy to support successful transactions
  • Work closely with internal team members to move deals forward and support related projects
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM tools

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or brokerage within aviation
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience working with high-level clients, including owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers
  • Strong communication skills, especially over phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Ability to create clear, persuasive sales presentations and communicate value effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce

Strongly Preferred

  • 5+ years of aircraft sales or aircraft brokerage experience
  • Strong knowledge of business aviation and general aviation aircraft
  • Ability to review and discuss aircraft logbooks, maintenance status, avionics, and FAA 337s
  • Existing industry relationships that can support business development
  • Experience using social media and personal branding to generate leads and build market presence

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential
  • Successful performers can earn $200,000+

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Fully remote opportunity
  • High-income potential for the right producer
  • Chance to work in a specialized corner of aviation where credibility and relationships matter
  • Strong fit for a self-starter who wants autonomy and upside
