Full-Time Remote EST Hours (Rotating On-Call Coverage)
About the Role
We're hiring a relationship-driven and highly polished Charter Sales Executive to manage and close high-value private aviation charter deals.
This is not a transactional sales role.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Managing inbound charter inquiries
  • Building relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Creating tailored private flight solutions
  • Closing high-ticket bookings
  • Delivering a luxury white-glove client experience

You'll work directly with clients seeking premium private aviation services while coordinating internally to ensure seamless booking execution from inquiry through post-flight support.

High-Ticket Charter Sales & Deal Conversion
  • Manage inbound charter inquiries from prospective and returning clients
