In a part-time aviation sales role, one common challenge is building and maintaining strong client relationships with limited hours on the job. Another challenge is staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends, which requires proactive learning and collaboration with full-time team members. By being adaptable and resourceful, part-time sales professionals can still make significant contributions and achieve their targets.
