Job description

We are seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key role in newness placement, communicating deliverables, and operational excellence across our watch and jewelry categories. An ideal candidate will possess a passion for optimizing global product flow and a knack for collaborating across different departments in a dynamic environment.
This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Manager of Supply Planning.
What you will do in this role:
  • Own global inventory buys by consolidating regional inputs and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets
  • Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage production allocation, lead time adherence, and capacity planning
  • Serve as a liaison between global planning, regional teams, and brand merchandising to align on forecasts, buy quantities, and timing
  • Collaborate with logistics to track inbound shipments, prioritize deliveries, and mitigate supply chain delays
  • Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, automation, and standardization across global planning processes
  • Organize, aggregate, and cross check newness buy to execute into factory purchase orders.
  • Own the cross functional communications of deliverable timeline based on PO and product launch dates.
  • Partner with finance, demand planners, and director of supply chain to budget for future seasons.

Who You Are:
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in production or supply planning
  • Proficiency in SAP and SNP (Supply Network Planning) and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a global matrix organization with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with SNP CTM (Capable-to-Match)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
