In the role of Process Lead, Customer Supply Chain, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be regional oversight to ensure distributor inventory and order levels are adequate to support retail objectives based on forecasted sales to retail. The Process Lead, Customer Supply Chain monitors forecast accuracy and the impact to distributor's days of inventory. You will own MCBC shipment schedules and processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of distributor products.  In addition, you will oversee brewery supply planning team members and processes which develop executable production, inventory, and replenishment plans that balance service levels, capacity constraints, and inventory targets while ensuring uninterrupted product availability across the supply chain.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Customer Supply.
What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 4-6 talented colleagues,and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneconversations
  • Develops and implements standard supply chain process and procedures that address product supply and availability. Expected to understand the principles of inventory control, forecast accuracy, and data management. Proactively monitor trends and patterns that may have impact on the MCBC distributor network.
  • Guide team members through end-to-end brewery/DC supply planning activities, coordinating cross-functionally with brewing, packaging, and logistics teams to optimize production schedules, manage planned downtimes, and mitigate supply risks.
  • Balances demand with production availability and manages exception processes to identify issues that require product to be sourced from an alternate source or DOI adjustments. Leads a team of Customer Supply and Supply Planning Analysts that provide the main point of contact for our brewery/DC partners as well as our MCBC customers and all their product supply needs.
  • Work with peer group to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

  • Experience working within a matrix environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, Data Warehouse reporting and Excel is required. SAP experience is preferred
